Course Description
If weight loss was easy, everyone would be slim and healthy all the time. But it's not, as a matter of fact, losing weight requires that individuals overcome a number of distinctly different barriers. Some barriers may be highly applicable to one person and not influence another person at all. In this lecture, you will learn common barriers to weight loss, how to assess different barriers to weight loss, and self-regulation strategies to overcome barriers to weight loss.
