Course Description

Tony lectures on the structure and function of the shoulder as well as the most common dysfunctions. In addition, Tony incorporates video footage proper range of motion and gives pointers for compensations and cues to help improve movements. Also, you’ll get an inside look at Program Design and specific drills to improve the health of the shoulder.

Tony Gentilcore, CSCS

Tony Gentilcore is a personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association in Boston, MA. He's one of the co-founders of Cressey Sports Performance where he served as strength coach from 2007-2015. He know currently owns and operates his own studio gym, CORE, in Brookline, MA. Tony is also a regular contributor to many top health/fitness publications such as Men's Health, Women's Health, T-Nation.com. BodyBuilding.com, and STACK, in addition to writing for his own popular site, TonyGentilcore.com.
